Role
Interactive Designer
Responsibilities
Design a series of interactive tours for Citrix.com customer journey using interactive tools such as Adobe XD, and Ceros. Work with web strategy, product managers, and technical writers to drive awareness in consideration.
Prototyping to communicate early ideas
Due to the amount of requirement complexities, we used mockups and  prototypes early on to communicate ideas and flows internally.
Early mockups helped educate the team on what, why, and how we were building. They were instrumental in sparking a variety of early-stage discussions with engineers, which in-turn provided valuable feedback regarding technical feasibility.
Due to the complex nature of the work, we went through numerous revisions.
Design and Interactivity
The content around product features exists within the current Citrix ecosystem, but it is often fragmented and buried in long-form copy. There is an opportunity to create user-focused content that focuses on how Workspace features will transform business outcomes. For example, adding compelling language around a superior end user experience, flexibility, integration, etc.
Digital Workspace Landing
Placement Recommendation: Recommend PIA #1 as the hero piece on the Digital Workspace Landing page answering the question “Why a digital workspace?”
Messaging: Module-level messaging should cue up the primary topic of the video and introduce the “future of work” concept. In addition, recommend messaging and updates to the landing page as a whole to emphasize business goals and themes addressed in PIA #1:
Productivity and employee experience
IT at the center of change, digital transformation
Intelligent Workspace features
