Over the last two decades, my work spans agency, in-house, and independent roles, where I’ve led creative strategy, art direction, and digital experiences for global brands and growing businesses alike.
My career began in small creative agencies, where I learned the value of curiosity, collaboration, and rolling up my sleeves. From there, I moved into senior creative leadership roles across retail, healthcare, and consumer brands—serving as an Art Director at Dick’s Sporting Goods, a Global Corporate Brand Manager at Mylan, leading the Creative Department at Hydralyte in Boston, and overseeing digital art direction for multiple product lines at SharkNinja. Each chapter reinforced the same lesson: great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about understanding people and solving real problems.
Along the way, I deepened my focus on user-centered design, earning a certificate in Human–Computer Interaction from MIT. That experience shaped how I approach every project today, grounding creativity in empathy, strategy, and a deep understanding of the end user.
Now, as the founder of AlannaCo., I partner with global agencies, established brands, nonprofits, and small businesses to bring ideas to life through branding, web design, and creative direction.
